This is Looney creek just outside Lynch Ky. We went exploring today knowing that after the rains weve had ther would probably be no fishing. I had known about Looney creek it is stocked with trout and a beaufitul creek. the water was up some and fishing was difficult. We never caught any but I did get a strike. Image

I've never heard of Looney Creek,..but I do know where Lynch is. Nice looking stream for sure.

Well the Levisa @ Pikeville is up and muddy,..so is the Tug Fork. Just guessing both are running 10' higher than normal.

yeah, we drove up by the North and it was up but not really that bad. We drove through Lilly Cornett woods following Line fork(which was also muddy). We went on to Cumberland and found Looney creek wasn't muddy just up a little. It was the only river or stream we found today that wasn't muddy.
