We didnt roost a bird last night and thought today would be bad with all the rain and wind. But, it was a quiet morning with blue bird skies. Killed these two jakes at 7:15am. Brother took a 15 yard shot when the birds were at the decoys. The other jake ran off and I managed to slow him down a bit with some yelping and cutting. Took a 55 yard shot and rolled him over with my Benelli SBEII. Was a quick hunt...all on video!!! Both had 4 inch beards. Brothers first turkey, my first double - awesome experience.

Located a couple this morning,..got into close & could have shot one out of the tree. So I back off without being seen,..set up and after all said and done--> no score.

Its hard being the hunter & film crew all stacked into one,.but my goal is to get my hunt on film.

Found the remote for my camera this evening,..hopefully it will make my filming a little bit easier.
