Going on my second season without taking a tom,..last night I tried to figure out what I was doing wrong. The only thing I could think of that was different,.. I had purchased a club camo cap, which I had been wearing on each of my hunts.

So to the closet I went digging out my old Remington Camo Cap,...BOY !!!!!!!!,... did it make a different.

Now I'm not a superstitious person,.but sometimes the "proof is in the pudding". As of today the club camo cap is in the garbage ready for the garbage truck to pick up in the morning. ::yes::

21lbs
1 1/8" spurs
10" Beard

Yeah, I'd say he watched him fly up one evening and shot him on the roost, bird did the death grip and just rolled over the limb!!!

Seriously.....great job dude. I had a slump a few years ago. I hunted hard and it paid off. Kudos to you!!! ::rock::

I must love T-Hunting,..because it sure would be a lot easier & cheaper just to go buy a butter ball at local store.

One other thing I've noticed about my hunting adventures. If I go turkey hunting all I see is deer, if I go deer hunting,..well you guessed it ,..all turkey.
Saw 13 deer the other morning,..5 standing exactly where I had been sitting 30 minutes prior.
